What is on the site
The pages here describe storm water and soakwell work we carry out. They are general explanations of how drainage works and what tends to go wrong with it. They are not advice about your particular property, because we have not seen it.
Anything specific to your drainage is something we work out on site.
Quotes and prices
No price on this site is an offer, and none is binding. There are no prices on this site for exactly that reason — drainage cannot be priced without seeing it.
A quote becomes a price when a licensed plumber has attended your property and given it to you in writing. That written quote sets out what is included, and it is the figure the work is done for.
Availability
We work Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm. We do not offer an after-hours, weekend or 24-hour service. Nothing on this site should be read as promising attendance outside those hours.
Licensing
Plumbing work described on this site is carried out under Plumbing Licence 8396. HouseWorks Plumbing & Gas also holds Gas Licence 13098, though gas work is not the subject of this site.
