That is enough for us to find the job and work out what happened.
What we do with it
We look into it and come back to you. Where we have got something wrong, we put it right — customer satisfaction guaranteed is the commitment the business makes, and a complaint is where that commitment actually gets tested.
Where the issue turns out to be something other than our work, we will explain plainly what we found rather than leave you without an answer.
If we cannot resolve it
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can take the matter further.
